General

  • Same as always, first weekend in August! Friday, August 1 - Sunday, August 3

  • The new location is Trinity View Resort between Mt. Home and Fairfield, about 30 minutes from each.

  • Mountain Home is under a 25 minute drive and has several hotels!

    There also may be Airbnbs available in the surrounding area!

  • No, we were not able to reserve the entire campground so there will be other people staying near us. We will have access to everything in the park and have reserved some common areas for the weekend.

  • The Strickland Reunion is paying for you to stay the night Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2. If you don’t reserve your spot by May 1 you may have to pay for your own spot.

  • Yes! We love volunteers. Please email campstrickland@gmail.com if interested in volunteering for any of the events!

  • Yes! New locations & new traditions, if you couldn’t tell by the website, the theme is “festival.”

  • Yes! Although a new location, we will still be having all of our favorites - auction, potluck, Saturday night music, etc!

  • Due to so many new things this year and the complexity of the event we will be mostly leaning on digital updates (text, Facebook, website). We will still send 2 paper invites, but updated info will always be on the website.

  • Please update your contact info in our postable digital address book!

Reserving Your Spot

  • Please call and make a reservation by May 1. Reservations made after May 1 may not be guaranteed space or may require self-payment.

    Prices after May 1:

    • Tent - $25

    • Trailer - Full Hookup (sewer, power, water) - $50

    • Trailer - Partial Hookup (power, water) - $50

    • Trailer - Boondocking (no hookups) - $25

  • Step 1: Call Trinity View Resort at 208-274-5050 and say you are with the “Strickland Reunion Group”

    Step 2: Provide your name, address, phone number, and email. Confirm the dates you are staying. The Strickland Reunion will be paying for the nights of August 1 & 2 but if you want to come before or later you will need to clarify this and pay on your own.

    Step 3: Confirm what type of Accommodations you need:

    • Tent 

    • Trailer / RV

      • Full Hookup (sewer, power, water)

      • Partial Hookup (power, water)

      • Boondocking (no hookups)

  • You must be 21 years old or older to rent campsite or cabin.

    • Tent

    • Trailer - Full Hookup (sewer, power, water)

    • Trailer - Partial Hookup (power, water)

    • Trailer - Boondocking (no hookups)

  • That is possible! However, uou will have to pay for those nights on our own. The costs per night would be:

    • Tent - $25

    • Trailer - Full Hookup (sewer, power, water) - $50

    • Trailer - Partial Hookup (power, water) - $50

    • Trailer - Boondocking (no hookups) - $25

  • Each site is limited to maximum 6 people, excluding children under 10.

  • Please inform Trinity View Resort when making your reservation how many campsites you need or the name of the reservation you'd like to be located near.

  • Yes! Please let them know if you prefer a spot close to bathrooms or gathering areas. There are limited spots available, so only request this if you need them.

  • Please cancel at least 2 weeks in advance, if possible. This helps ensure we have the necessary spots available and minimizes costs.

  • Yes, tents ARE allowed in RV sites. Only one additional tent per site please. Still maximum of 6 people per site.

  • Yes, but please read the full pet policy before deciding if you will bring your pet.

    • Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site.

    • Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them.

    • Pet owner is responsible for pet clean-up and noise control.

    • Pets must be kept on a leash when away from site and may not be left unattended at the site.

    • No pets allowed in cabins or at tent sites.

    • For the safety of our guests, pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations.

    • We reserve the right to ask you to remove hostile pets from the Camp-Resort.

    • Pets may be off leash in our Bark Park area. Please respect the additional rules and policies posted in our Bark Park off leash area.

    • Trinity View Resort does not accept any liability for pets brought onto the resort. Owners are liable and responsible for any injuries, accidents or issues with their pets (on or off leash). By making a reservation, you are accepting the responsibility to obey all rules and policies regarding your pet. 

    • Trinity View Resort reserves the right to protect other members and guests from aggressive or off-leash animals including but not limited to restraining any animal off-leash.

  • Trinity View is perfect for families and group events, offering incredible views and a relaxing atmosphere.

    Enjoy swimming, miniature golf, and disc golf on-site, or fish and boat nearby. Take a stroll along their scenic walking trail or spend an evening stargazing under Idaho's spectacular night sky.

    Located near Little Camas Reservoir, you’ll find seasonal fishing, kayaking, and canoeing opportunities just steps away. Plus, it’s only a 20-minute drive to the boat launch at Anderson Reservoir and the South Fork of the Boise River, renowned for some of the best fishing in Idaho. Bring your boat, friends, and family for an authentic Idaho outdoor experience!

    • Please NOTE: There is no lifeguard on duty. No one under 18 is allowed to swim without adult supervision at all times. 

    • Please take note of and respect our “Adult Only Swim Hours” if posted. These hours are to allow enjoyment of the pool for all of our guests. They LOVE KIDS but not everyone else does. Please be respectful of our other guests and policies pertaining to minors.

    • Please, no motorized vehicles on our walking trail. Bicycles or mountain bikes ARE permitted on the path. Please give right of way to walkers.

    • Registered guests may bring motorcycles and UTVs but please do not ride excessively throughout the Camp-Resort. There are public roads near and around the campground in the area for UTV riding and recreation. *Please take note of private property that we border and obey all private property restrictions.

  • We DO offer trailer and UTV storage. We offer powered and non-powered storage for a nominal daily fee. Overflow parking while staying in the park is free. Please see rates and availability for powered and non-powered storage while you are away from the park. We do not accept any liability or offer insurance for your vehicle or UTV or it’s contents while in storage or in overflow parking. Please have your vehicle insured properly while in storage for theft or acts of nature.

  • For the safety of all guests, the maximum speed while in the campground is 5 mph.

  • Sunday-Thursday 10PM-8AM and Friday-Saturday 11PM-8AM.

  • They LOVE KIDS! But they also care for their safety. No minors (under the age of 18) are allowed in the swimming area or to use the camp amenities (miniature golf, pool table, game room, disc golf, playground etc.) without an adult being with them at any time.

  • Yes! We will be using the facilities bathrooms instead of porta potties.

    Please only flush appropriate items. Don’t wash feet or other items in sinks or toilets.

  • Yes - there are two really big garbage receptacles in camp. Please use them and keep the campsite clean!

    • Campfires are allowed unless a burn ban is posted.

    • Only burn wood brought or purchased on-site. Keep grills and firepits away from trailers.

  • Yes - There are free propane grills available but they must be cleaned after use. Please return any borrowed items to their original place.
